I got FP Appointmnet letter on 10/10/07 for the the date 10/30.
After i got this fp appointmnet letter i had changed my address on 10/10/07 with usics, i got card production mail from uscis on 10/11/07,they updated my new address and i did not got any mail from them saying that they send the EAD card,many of my frineds said that they recived mail from usics saying that EAD had sent my mail,But i did not
Is adress change impact on EAD time.

I hope I interpret this correctly.
Only cases filed after April 1st will be going into Nebraska-texas centers for processing.
Which means, earlier cases that are already filed will be processed where they were filed...
I have no clue how they decide which case will stay in nebraska and which will be transfered to texas.
In my case, I-140 was sent to Nebraska on April 6th and when I received receipt notice 10 days later; first three letters showed that the case has been transfered to Texas, hence texas issued receipt number...and they will be processing the case..
Since you filed in vermont - you are fine, you will get it processed from vermont. If you filed concurrently with I-485 then that application too will be processed in vermont.
The new rule and transfer of cases applies to cases applied on or after April 1st 2006

I got same audit in september as well
the guy came in to my desk and took pictures and i was asked to show my pay stubs
then they went to my hr and asked all questions
on being asked he said its the normal procedure
so no big deal , pls make sure if they coem to your office you should atleast have a copy of your paystubs

Doesn't matter. MS+0 works just fine. (My EB-2 was MS+0).
If you've been working for this company for past 2 years and now they are going to file your GC... and you've no prior experience.. you can mention in your employment letter that you've been working since 2 years and could attach an experience letter from them to highlight the fact.. This is definitely doable and lawyer should have correct format to do this...

Unless its absolutely necessary that you go out of the country I would not advise you to leave. In recent days I have heard of people with even valid H1 stamps and with projects on hand being turned back from POE by IO's despite getting assurances from the employee's manager that the position is critical. The question from the IO was they could find ton's of people here in the US who have similar skills and there is no need for a H1 guy to do it.
Do not want to spread the panic but ....Be careful..

That job is done by USCIS,DOL and the genuineness of the candidate is checked by the visa issuing consulate. Th IOs at POE check whether the person is otherwise inadmissible into US (Visa validity,Candidate's intention to work for the same employer and criminal/background checks).
Please stop spreading rumors.

Please file a new H1B extension petition with a copy of contract between the client and your company.. the actual contract, if the client/vendor do not want to share that with your attorney then ask the client/vendor to directly send that to USCIS fax number and ask your attorney to mention in a seperate letter that client contract/letter (copy of original) will be sent by their attorney in so and so time.
I had the RFE on Sept 2009 on premium processing, I have done tha above and got approved for an year even though my I-140 is approved on 2005 and 10 years in the USA.
Please do needful and be on status.

well i got marriage church, but we didn't got are license yet, because my husband have some problem in court.( he is a citzen) We'll know if he will go to jail or not in march 31.
my question is:
since we don't know if he will or not. I need to know if i can start my paper with the immigration?
because if he goes to jail.. how we will do the interview if he is not here to go?

I m in the process of renewing AP for my family and have this question. When you renew for the family do you send all the application in one FedEx Envelope or one envelope for each application ?
Also, in case of E-Filing do you add all the applications under one login ?

If you read clearly then it says that you can keep the PD in your new employer GC process. You may loose that opportunity only if there was a fraud in the previous I140 and USICS revokes that I140.
once the alien�s Form I-140 petition has been approved, the alien beneficiary retains his or her priority date as established by the filing of the labor certification for any future Form I-140 petitions, unless the previously approved Form I-140 petition has been revoked because of fraud or willful misrepresentation.
So if your current I140 is clean then you will be able to use the PD in your next application for GC with the new employer.
Check in the Sheela murthy chat session dated : December 18, 2006 and search for "my employer cancels I-I40?"
Looks like we can port the priority date ..., even our employers cancels I-140....

You should have it by end of the week or before middle of next week.
About 5 to 7 days- Usually this is what I noticed
LUD (Usually hard) - that says "we have sent letter......" - on that day the mail is prepared and sent to mail room.
It could be mailed out on that day or the next day.
domestic mail takes 3 days + 1 day buffer
Post office may deliver it next day +1
so 5 days min or 7 days max

The attorney's post re-iterates what I have been saying. You did not qualify for H1b portability. Even if USCIS approves the case with a I-94, you cannot consider yourself safe as it might come back and bite you for working illegally.
If you do not exit and re-enter, all the period that you spent in US from the day of losing your job can be considered unauthorized and may result in your GC denial or a ban of 3-10 years based on the time spent.

You don't have to. But if your case is straight forward files last 3 w2's. If you did have some out of status time or lower than usual wages in recent years, just file the most recent one + 3 paystubs.
My point is why conceal details if you are ok. Filing before an RFE might preempt RFE.
Being a stright foward case help USCIS decisions a big way, I have personally experienced this at my 140 stage.

You can always ask for a copy of the approval after the I-140 is approved. Depends on how cooperative your HR and lawyer are.
